26 year-old Daniel Peacock in childhood was a clubfoot patient. But recently he walked 23 miles and raised £1,400 for The Children’s Hospital Charity through Huddersfield Town football club’s Walk for Pounds fundraiser. He proved that everything is possible!
Daniel Peacock was given little to no chance of walking in childhood. But after several operations and years of treatment he is now walking and helping others by doing that.
105 football fans took part in the ‘Hillsborough to Home’ Walk for Pounds event. It is organised by the retired Huddersfield Town legend, Andy Booth. Among participants were Daniel Peacock.
Over 100 donations were made to Daniel’s Just Giving page. And it helped him to raise £1,400 for The Children’s Hospital Charity.
